I am a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, having earned my Bachelor of Spiritual Healing degree through the Reiki
Blessings Academy, an institute accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.   I am attuned and
trained as a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Karuna Ki Master, and in Sacred Flames Reiki.  This allows me to not only
provide healing sessions, but also healing attunements.   I am a Registered Healer through the International Natural
Healers Association, and have been ordained as a minister through the Universal Life Church.  I have completed 125
credit hours and am also credentialed in Angel Healing, Attracting Abundance, Meditation, Chakra Clearing and
Balancing, and continue my studies on a regular basis.  Each practice is integrated into my sessions, along with
color, healing crystals, music, and essential oils as best serves the individual client and their needs.

I work with adults, children, infants and pets.   I am available to clear, balance, and bless homes and businesses,
which assists in creating a more positive and profitable atmosphere, and to ready them for sale.

I am also a Marriage/Commitment Celebrant, offering custom ceremony officiating of the type, and at the location, of
your choice.

  • WELLNESS CONSULTATIONS.  Wellness consultations are included in all sessions at no extra charge.   A wellness consultation provides us with an indication of where your
    energetic blocks and imbalances may be, and their physical and emotional impacts on you.  This is also a time for us to discuss your lifestyle choices and habits, as well as
    recommendations for improvement, empowering you with the sense of taking charge of your life in mind, body and spirit.  I may also refer you to other practitioners in the
    alternative and/or medical profession, depending on your situation and circumstances.

  • INTEGRATIVE REIKI (ENERGY BALANCING) - $45 (60 minutes)

    The basic concept in energy work is the same:  the channeling of positive energy in order to raise the recipient’s personal energy to a higher, healthier, vibration.  Where
    negative energies such as stress, poor habits, and toxins trigger illness and dysfunction, it only makes sense that wellness and healing can be obtained through the use of
    applied positive energy.  

    Techniques that may be used during an energy balancing session are:

    Reiki - "life force energy".  Reiki works within the chakra system (aura/energy field) to clear, balance and recharge the mind, body and spirit.

    Chakra Balancing.  This is a finely-tuned and precise method of clearing, balancing and charging the chakras.  The chakras are the points within in the energy body associated
    with transmitting life force energy.

    EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) makes use of tapping on the energy meridians (the same points used in acupuncture) to further dissipate negative energy and emotions,
    and their negative effects on you.

    Quantum-Touch techniques amplify life-force energy by combining breath work with energy awareness, facilitating the healing process.  

    Crystals are composed of minute particles (atoms) which carry their own vibration and energy.   The energies of crystals assist in releasing emotional, mental and spiritual
    blocks, which realign your personal energy to promote well-being.  It is said that their use is similar to having extra sets of hands working on you throughout a session.  

  • THREE SESSION SERIES - $110 (three sessions to be completed within a 10 day time period)

    When experiencing serious or chronic physical or emotional health issue, it is my recommendation that you jump-start the healing process by scheduling three energy
    sessions within 10 days.  At that time we will re-assess how you feel and discuss your follow-up plan.

  • DISTANT ENERGY  - $20/individual; no charge for group inclusion

    Distant sessions are a unique type of meditation or prayer, done, as the name implies, from a distance.  All clients in any given week are included in a mid-week healing
    meditation.  I will also take requests for distance work on your behalf, or on behalf of a friend, relative or situation in need of assistance.  

  • REFLEXOLOGY - $45 (60 minutes)

    Reflexology is a whole-body method of stimulating reflex areas in the feet (and sometimes hands and ears) that correspond to glands, organs and various body parts.  
    Reflexology feels like a incredibly relaxing foot massage, but it is much more.  Reflexology releases stress and tension in the areas of focus, facilitating the body’s healing
    process, and improving lymph flow and blood circulation.  Reflexology also calms the nervous system, reduces stress, releases toxins and strengthens the body’s immune
    system.

  • SPIRITUAL COUNSELING [person-to-person; by telephone; or e-mail] - $45 (50 minutes)

    Spiritual Counseling is designed to help you make sense of your life from a spiritual, connected, intuitive perspective.  It teaches you to recognize your Spirit so you may find the
    answers most beneficial for you, and to identify and fulfill your life purpose.  Spiritual counseling is a positive and creative approach designed to help you view life's roadblocks
    as valuable personal growth tools.  A spiritual connection also realigns your energies to remove unnecessary drama, stress, and anxiety from your life, allowing a more peaceful
    and accepting existence.  Techniques such as EFT and meditation may also be used as a part of the spiritual counseling practice.

  • RAINDROP REIKI - $65.00 (60-70 minutes)

    Raindrop Reiki is energy work combined with aromatherapy, as well as a healing technique developed by the Lakota Indians which makes use of the application of essential
    oils to the feet, neck and back to bring mind/body/spirit into energetic alignment.  Using pure, therapeutic oils (natural plant extracts), the oils are dispensed several inches
    above the back and allowed to fall like raindrops onto the skin, hence the name.  Essential oils have an energetic charge, and when applied properly with Reiki, bodywork and
    Vitaflex motion, enhance the oils’ ability to relax and heal.   They have been used for centuries (think frankincense and myrrh) to promote well-being by activating their natural
    properties.

  • COUPLES REIKI - $65 (60 minutes)

    The most beautiful expressions of couples are often the subtle, unspoken communications which take place as they become in sync with each others' energies. Lying side by
    side in a candlelit room, as each of you becomes increasingly relaxed, the intention is set to clear and balance not only your individual energetic fields, but also the bonds and
    energy between you.  A fantastic gift idea for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and date nights.  

  • HOME, BUSINESS AND SPACE CLEARINGS - $45 (45-60 minutes); $65 (60-90 minutes)

    We've all walked into that house, business or building that for whatever reason just didn't feel right or maybe caused our skin to crawl; or a business where although the owners
    and employees were pleasant and knowledgeable, you still felt an unexplainable tension in the air.  Sometimes a location will host business after business, and no matter what
    the business type, it eventually fails... time after time; or a certain house will go on the market more often than usual.  Even if the imbalances are so subtle that we can't
    consciously feel them, they may still exist and have an impact on you.

    When a significant amount of negative energy (for example: repeated fighting, disharmony, failure, violence, unnatural death, abuse, divorce, displaced spirits, etc.) has
    occupied a space, the vibration remains even after the people or issues have left.  Space clearings raise the vibration within, and outside, the premises, clearing the way for a
    fresh start.  This is also an excellent technique to use when buying and selling homes or businesses.  We clean, change the shelf liner, paint and redecorate.... why not change
    the energy too?   You'll notice the difference immediately.
