| SIMPLICITY HEALTHWORKS is a home-based holistic care center, with the term 'holistic' simply defined as a healthy balance between mind, body, and spirit. With a main focus on Reiki (ray-key) energy healing, a highly effective and therapeutic hands-on treatment method, I bring close to two decades of personal experience and specialized training to assist my clients in reaching peak physical, emotional, and spiritual health. After an initial intake and assessment, various Reiki techniques are integrated with additional forms of natural and alternative approaches for a personalized program of holistic care. When I am asked what Reiki and a holistic approach to health care can accomplish, the answer could fill an entire website. But, for Simplicity's sake, my answer is Anything and Everything. It is seldom disputed that our bodies possess the ability to heal themselves, and it is through the types of treatment I provide that this can be accomplished. Reiki can promote balance, health and well-being at any time from birth, through all ages and for all circumstances, right up to providing ease and comfort during the natural end of life process. Sessions are relaxing, non-invasive, and (with the exception of Raindrop Reiki) performed while the recipient is fully clothed. They are excellent as a stand-alone treatment for both preventative care and existing conditions, as well as an invaluable complement to forms of medical practice. Although excellent reports have come from a single session, it is more common for optimum results to be achieved through a series of 3-4 sessions in close proximity, and then regular maintenance as desired. |

Crystals are composed of minute particles
(atoms) which carry their own vibrations and
energy. When you hold certain crystals,
they can seem warmer or colder than the
temperature of your hand. Metaphysically,
they are capable of receiving, projecting, and
reflecting light, and light is the highest form
of energy known. The energies of crystals
assist in releasing emotional, mental and
spiritual blocks, which realign your personal
energy to promote well-being. During
healing work, crystals are strategically placed
on or around the body, and it is said that
their use is similar to having extra sets of
hands working on you throughout a session.
